Data & Account Deletion

1. How to Request Deletion

Method A — Delete account & all data in the app (Account withdrawal)

1. Open the top menu or the MY tab and go to 'Settings'
2. Select 'Delete Account'
3. Click 'Delete' in the confirmation dialog
4. All personal data — saved Saju, profile, analysis records — is immediately and permanently deleted, and you are signed out

MY tab → Settings → Delete Account / or Top menu → Settings → Delete Account

Method B — Delete only specific data (keep your account)

• Delete individual Saju directly from My Saju Vault
• Settings → 'Clear AI Cache' to remove analysis cache stored on your device

Method C — Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in or your request is not handled by the methods above, email getsaju.mu@gmail.com with the social account (Kakao/Google) you signed up with. After verifying your identity, we will process the request without delay and reply with the result.

2. Data That Is Deleted

• Account profile — nickname, email, profile picture, login provider (kakao/google)
• Saved Saju — including birth date, birth time, and birth city
• AI analysis / fortune results and history
• Purchased/generated paid content (in-depth analysis, 1-person casting, Joseon casting, etc.) and unused Runes — non-recoverable
• Chemistry Room personal participation data

Upon account withdrawal, the above data is immediately and permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

3. Data Retained & Retention Periods

▸ Payment Records (statutory retention under Korean E-Commerce Act Article 6)

• Payment & goods supply records5 years
• Contract & withdrawal-of-offer records5 years
• Consumer complaints & dispute records3 years
• Display & advertising records6 months

Retained items: order ID, payment amount, payment method type, payment timestamp. Sensitive payment details (e.g., card number) are held by Toss Payments only and are never stored on our servers.

• Chemistry Room non-identifiable snapshot (was_member) — minimal information for room continuity, containing no personally identifying data.
• Anti-abuse hash for re-registration — an irreversible cryptographic hash of the sign-up email (cannot be reverted to the original). It cannot identify an individual.

After the statutory and operational retention periods elapse, the data is automatically destroyed.
