These Terms govern the rights, duties, and responsibilities between Vibe Labs(the "Company") and users in connection with the use of Mystic Universe (the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Service" means the AI-fused content services provided by the Company, including Saju, fortune, astrology, Daeun/Seun analysis, Solo Casting, Chemistry Rooms, and Joseon Casting.
"User" means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
"Member" means a User who has registered an account with the Service.
"Rune" means the virtual payment instrument used to access paid content within the Service.
Article 3 (Effect & Modification of Terms)
These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service or otherwise made available to Users.
The Company may modify these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, and shall post such changes within the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
Re-consent procedure for material changes: For modifications that materially affect Members' rights or obligations, the Company will display a re-consent modal upon the Member's next access to the Service after the effective date. The Member may either re-consent or decline (which results in automatic sign-out / withdrawal). The technical implementation uses a terms version comparison (terms_version) mechanism.
Members who do not agree to the modified Terms may withdraw. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Article 4 (Membership & Account)
Membership is established via Kakao or Google social login.
A Member may hold one Service account per social account.
Membership may be restricted or terminated if registered using stolen or falsified information.
This Service provides digital content delivered immediately upon payment. Refunds are restricted once content delivery has commenced, in accordance with the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Refund-eligible cases:
Service malfunction preventing content delivery → Full refund
Runes not used at all after payment → Full refund
Content significantly differs from advertisement → Full refund
Refund-restricted cases:
Runes that have been partially or fully used (only unused Runes are refundable)

Expired Runes
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (credit/debit card). Cash refunds are not available.
Refund requests must be made within 1 year from the date of payment.
Processing time: Within 3 business days. Actual refund reflection may take additional time depending on card issuer.
Article 8 (Restrictions on Service Use)
The Company may restrict Service use in the following cases:
Use of stolen or falsified information at registration
Acts that disrupt normal operation of the Service
Use of the Service for any unlawful purpose
Unauthorized technical access to the Service (scraping, bots, etc.)
Other breaches of these Terms
Article 9 (Service Modification & Suspension)
The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
Where suspension occurs, the Company will provide advance notice; where unavoidable, post-hoc notice may be given.
Upon Service termination, unused paid Runes will be refunded.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Company is exempt from liability when the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or interruption of telecommunication carrier services.
Analysis results are AI-generated reference content; the Company does not warrant their accuracy or reliability.
The Company is not liable for decisions or actions taken by Users based on information obtained through the Service.
The Company is not liable for Service disruptions caused by external API failures (Google Gemini, OpenAI, fal.ai, etc.).
Article 11 (Account Withdrawal)
Members may request withdrawal at any time via the in-service Settings menu.
Personal data and Service usage records are processed per the Privacy Policy upon withdrawal.
Purchased or generated paid content (in-depth analysis, casting, etc.) and unused Runes are all deleted or forfeited upon withdrawal and cannot be restored.
Payment records (per Korean E-Commerce Act Article 6) and Chemistry Room non-identifiable snapshots may be retained per Privacy Policy §3 / §6.
Article 12 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights in Service content (design, text, images, AI analysis results, etc.) belong to the Company.
Users may share information obtained through the Service for personal use; commercial use without prior written consent of the Company is prohibited.
Article 13 (Customer Support)
All transaction-related responsibilities, refunds, and customer inquiries are handled by Vibe Labs.
Inquiries are answered within 3 business days of receipt.
Article 14 (Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute arising from use of the Service, the Company and the User shall first attempt amicable resolution through mutual consultation.
Where consultation fails, the Daejeon District Court, having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business, shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction (subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the Korean Civil Procedure Act).
Article 15 (Governing Law)
These Terms shall be construed and applied under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
